Hospital Revisit Day 3
There wasn't much doctor interaction today since it's the weekend. We did receive some feedback about Thursday's MRI. There is additional white matter compared to January's MRI test, indicating additional Lupus activity.
They increased the Prednisone from 10 mg to 60 mg to stop the Lupus. Prednisone is used to suppress the immune system which counteracts the drugs used to fight the infections in the lungs and bladder. The treatment needed to heal one problem is hurting the other problems.
Dianne slept most of today but was awake briefly while her mom and sister visited.
